International Warranty
Every P Swiss watch is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. The international warranty is only valid if the warranty card (1) issued with the watch at the time of purchase (2) is filled out fully and correctly and is signed and dated by an Official P Swiss Jeweler.
The warranty card is recognized by all official P Swiss Jewelers or authorized service centers across the world.
We will repair free of charge any defects that may occur during the warranty period, providing that a valid warranty card is presented.
In the event that the watch cannot be satisfactorily repaired, it will be replaced with an identical model or with one that has similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch will expire twenty-four (24) months after the date of the purchase of the watch it replaced.
The warranty will be found void in the event of inappropriate use and handling.
The following are specifically excluded from the international warranty:
- The strap, glass and battery
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by inappropriate use and handling, neglect or accident
- Damage arising from the intervention of an individual who is not authorized by P Swiss
- Theft and loss
- Watches whose serial number or other characteristics have been deliberately erased or altered
